About Me

I am married to the love of my life. I am a mommy to four. I am a kindergarten teacher. I am a photographer. Don't ask me how I do it all because I haven't quite figured it out yet.

My passion for photography began with scrapbooking. Yes, I am a scrapbooking nerd and I love it.  I am obsessed with documenting my children's lives.  I would see some of the most fabulous pages made with equally fabulous pictures. I thought, "Hey, I can do that!" . So I learned all I could, worked for a photographer in my spare time to feed my picture habit for scrapping my kids, and was a crazy shutterbug mommy. The more I learned, the more my passion grew. I kind of fell into taking pictures professionally thanks to the pestering of my friends, and their friends, and their friends all wanting me to take their pictures.

I love taking pictures of babies, kids, seniors and families. My sessions are fun! I've even had Dads admit they had a blast.  My goal is to capture a moment in your life and to create images you'll treasure forever. I also shoot weddings and events but have to limit those due to my crazy busy schedule.

In my not so copious spare time, I scrapbook, play on pinterest, read, and date my super cute hubby. I gave up Dr. Pepper and replaced the habit with Sprite. All of my drinks must have ice, preferably crushed. My toenails are always painted, I love my Scentsy pots, and I love to Zumba.
